WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Please be sure about your purchase before completing, as we have a strict NO cancellation policy. Every purchase is Nonrefundable. If your order is damaged, we will replace after receiving the item back for us to insure no user error.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

If your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time. The only time that we will resend or refund an order in this instance is when tracking confirms that the package was not delivered. Please understand that we will not replace packages that state DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.

WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Please give 7-10 Business days for tracking number to be emailed to you, please be sure to check your spam. Shipping labels being made does not mean it has been delivered to the post office yet. Your package will be delivered to the post office within 7-10 business days, please remember business days means Monday through Friday and excludes observed holidays. If you email us asking for an update on your order before the 7-10 day business days has completed we will not respond to the email.

WHAT IF I PUT THE INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO?

We will not be held responsible for packages not received due to incorrect address or incomplete addresses. If you leave off the apartment number and it is returned, I will return it if I receive it back. If it is lost in the midst of being returned to me due to you forgetting information off of the package and requiring an additional stop in the shipping process I will not replace or refund that package. Most times return mail gets lost, so it is very important to please check that your address is correct.
