What is Patreon?
Patreon is a monthly subscription site, as long as you're a member you have unlimited access to the content posted there. Patreon can be accessed from the internet or you can download their Patreon app to watch videos/classes on the go.
What kind of things are posted to your Patreon?
I post classes on sexual education, relationships, navigating single life, self love & almost anything that can or will affect your relationships. Classes are broke up into 2 categories Love school & Sex Ed School or BOTH.
Are the #MouthMasterclass, #DickRiding101 & Masturbation/Squirting 101 class included in Patreon?
Patreon & the Live Events we teach are separate. If you go to our events tab any class that is listed there will not be apart of our Patreon. Classes that we no longer teach live are available on our Patreon, as well as some of the courses sold in the webinar section of our website is available on Patreon. Some of the classes that we no longer teach but have been added to Patreon are the Foreplay & Vaginal Orgasm course, Masturbation & Manifestation, Nudes & Dirty Talk, Sex Affirmations Playlist & our Sex Conditioning Workout. To receive access to classes that we no longer teach live you do need to be registered for the highest tier.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Please be sure about your purchase before completing, as we have a strict NO cancellation policy. Every purchase is Nonrefundable. If your order is damaged, we will replace after receiving the item back for us to insure no user error.
What happens if a package is lost or stolen?
If your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time. The only time that we will resend or refund an order in this instance is when tracking confirms that the package was not delivered. Please understand that we will not replace packages that state DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
What's your shipping policy?
Please give 7-10 Business days for tracking number to be emailed to you, please be sure to check your spam. Shipping labels being made does not mean it has been delivered to the post office yet. Your package will be delivered to the post office within 7-10 business days, please remember business days means Monday through Friday and excludes observed holidays. If you email us asking for an update on your order before the 7-10 day business days has completed we will not respond to the email.
What if I put the incorrect shipping info?
We will not be held responsible for packages not received due to incorrect address or incomplete addresses. If you leave off the apartment number and it is returned, I will return it if I receive it back. If it is lost in the midst of being returned to me due to you forgetting information off of the package and requiring an additional stop in the shipping process I will not replace or refund that package. Most times return mail gets lost, so it is very important to please check that your address is correct.

Have you ever wondered why even though you KNOW your hygiene is not lacking sometimes you still don’t feel the most confident when it comes to your vaginal smell? Believe it or not it’s completely normal and it’s not always so simple as to why.
Vaginas have a pH just like a pool. pH as in a safe level that it should be at, and yes each person’s balanced pH can vary. (A pool can be clean and it can still be green and you have to shock it why? Because of pH).
Our products include fem wash and yoni oil.
How to apply the oil?
Dispense 7-10 drops onto the labia, clitoris, urethra, inside vagina down to the anus. Use fingertips to gently massage the oil inside and allow the oil to set for 4hrs; no longer than 8hrs. Then wash or wipe off. Easiest way to apply is using the applicator and squirting it directly onto your fingers and use a fingering motion to massage inside (YES INSIDE) the vagina and around the labia. If feeling any discomfort immediately discontinue use.
How often to use it?
Use as needed, each person’s pH balance is different so use until you have achieved optimal results for your body. Yes, oil can be applied every day or even once a month. We direct you to use often as needed.
Does it have an expiration date?
The pH Balancer expires 1-yr after it has been opened.
Can I use the oil while on my cycle?
Yes, we encourage you to use the oil on your cycle. You can add oil to your tampon, sanitary pad and/or menstrual cup or directly inside of yourself after your shower.
Can I use if I am pregnant?
No, do not use if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant.
Is the oil edible?
While the oil is plant based it is NOT edible. Please wash off before oral intercourse it does not taste pleasant.
How long can I keep the oil on after application?
Do not exceed more than 8hrs before washing it off.
Will it burn?
The oil is very gentle and should not burn, unless you have recently experienced tearing in or around your vagina.
Do I insert the applicator inside of me?
No, do NOT insert the applicator inside of you. Apply oil to your finger so not to contaminate the bottle & use your fingers to manually insert and apply to the vulva.
Do I still need to bathe?
Yes, we encourage customers to continue to use their regular hygiene routines in addition to using the oil.
What happens if I leave on the oil longer than 8hrs?
DO NOT LEAVE THE OIL ON LONGER THAN 8HRS—while the product consists of essential oils and is natural we do not advise leaving anything on your vagina longer than 8hrs without washing off for sanitary reasons.
Do I need to clean the applicator?
If you have BV, or yeast infections to avoid cross-contamination please only use the applicator to apply to your fingers and then your fingers to you
How to use the Wash?
Pump a few squirts of Jasmine Fem wash into your hand. Use your hand to manually massage the soap onto the vulva without getting inside of your vaginal opening,. Rinse and repeat as needed.

Who taught you how to have sex?
Odds are you were probably taught about sexual wellness such as don’t get an STD or don’t make a baby right? Maybe watched some lectures or even read a spread in Seventeen magazine with some ‘top sex tips’. Then can’t forget BET uncut, porn, the back button in the middle of the night to watch HBO or sex scenes from our favorite movies. I pride myself in being a Hands On Sexual Educator, why? Because me talking about sex truly can help you understand concepts and how things work but baby until we DO IT and see it how can we be sure that we can master the skill.
And then the #MouthMasterclass was born. I teach staple Hands on Courses that will ensure that you are ready with a very detailed set of skills so you don’t have to worry about if you’re doing it right, all the book knowledge in the world won’t help you if you still can’t actually perform it. MY classes are designed to not only teach you certain skills but to deviate from lecturing and focus more on us actually performing acts or me providing visual aids so that nothing is left to the imagination. There is nothing to worry about when I’m talking because not only am I showing you I am also requiring that you participate along with me so that I can critique you along the way. That’s what happens in school right? They shouldn’t just give the information but create a process to make sure that you actually have retained and properly applied the information!

Are classes refundable?
All events, online or in person, are final sale and nonrefundable. Classes cannot be transferred.
How long do I have access to the class?
Each class grants you 90 days immediately after purchase.

So you love our Masterclasses and want to bring them to the comfort of your own home or a private event!
Our hands on classes are great for not only yourself but of course with friends! Make it a girls night or a celebration! Yes we do private courses for Bachelorette events, Birthdays, or just because! You don’t need a reason to have a good time and learn something new!
When booking a private course you receive 3 hours and can pick the 2 classes of your choice!
Depending on the size of your group will range in the costs.
Can you do a private event for 1? You absolutely can. Please remember the information and the time provided is the same whether you have 1 participant or 10.
Private events are exclusive and you have me to yourself. If you are interested in a 1 on 1 course because you are shy or private not because you want exclusivity then I highly suggest you still take the Public courses. If you take a zoom course you have the ability to turn off your camera and keep your identity private but if you book a private course it is just that. A private course that we created just for you. (Think about it like this, you can go to a Beyonce concert OR you can ask Beyonce for a private show…do you think those cost the same?)
Is a private event the same cost even if it’s online
Yes. The work of the class is the same whether in person or online. The costs of the class is based on double the time and content of a public course and exclusivity does have a price. (not sure how to say this most loving and polite).
